SoftTeco initiates development for Android Platform

We are glad to announce that SoftTeco has initiated development for Android Platform and has released its own piloting project, named Same Game, to highlight Android game development capabilities of SoftTeco company. It is an open source project and its source code is open to public.

Upon completion the game was published to Android Market and enjoyed significant popularity: for the first three months it was downloaded by more than 10000 users.
So far our mobile development team has been mainly engaged in the development of mobile applications for iPhone and BlackBerry.

Apart from Android game development we offer the following development services for Android platform: multimedia applications, web-based applications, mobile solutions for business, communication applications, security applications, application development with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS support.

The Google-backed Android mobile operating system shows great promise and its popularity is growing at an even pace. According to the Gartner forecasts in 2012 the Android OS will rank second globally (behind the Symbian OS), ahead of the iPhone, as well as Windows Mobile and BlackBerry smartphones.
