As SoftTeco, we remain active users and contributors to Open Source Software, since we believe there is a lot of synergy between open source and agile methods. For some projects the use of Open Source Software could be a strategic element. If appropriate, we use open source solutions and standards that bring apparent economic benefits to our customers. We also evaluate various options for using OSS at various levels, including databases, application servers, development tools and testing tools.
